Pilex tablet is an ayurvedic formulation which combats piles (hemorrhoids). It majorly contains Lajjalu and Yashad bhasma. Pilex shrinks pile mass, controls bleeding and heals inflamed skin and the mucus membrane.     I had suffered from piles since 1988. A doctor prescribed pilief ( arshonyt in those days). It helped but suffered once in a while. The last time was 2013 when arshonyt took a long time (5 months) to relieve. Now 2023 may month problem started and continued. Decided to use Pilex in October. Took 2 tablets twice daily but not much relief. Then took 2 three times daily and within 4 days found improvement. Then ordered through amazon for more tablets. After one month feeling great and hoping it will be cured. Try to avoid food causing gas which aggravates the problem. Fiber rich food is vital. If there is gas problem Use Gasex by Himalay. Patience is needed. Before taking 2 tablets 3 times better ask a doctor. I did not consult as I can tolerate that many tablets. I am not on any medication or have health issues.
