A MUST READ!!Let me tell you, I am NOT a reader but I’ve been working on myself and reading I know is a must for self grow. So I decided to get this book and I CAN NOT PUT THIS BOOK DOWN!. It’s mind blowing!! BUY IT! BUY IT! BUT IT!!!

Printing is wonkyNo problems with the book so far except it only gives you one example for a certain topic. I can’t really relate to some of examples so far like the example about money and how people around you define people with financial stability as a “bad thing”. I can’t identify with that never had that issue but I do struggle with financial stability. I’m giving it four stars because the book print is off. The whole thing looks like it’s lopsided; the cover and the pages. The words barely fit on the page and the ink is faded in some spots. Next time I will buy from Barnes and Noble.

DUDE. Period. End statement.I know I said end sentence, but I’m going to keep going. No idea if Brianna West is single or not, but if she is/was I’d marry her in a heartbeat. Her writing in this is a life changing painting and it’s a remarkable delivery. I honestly attest, the little will I had to not give up to my own devices to choosing to read this when a friend recommended it to me. I’m now on my 3rd read of it. It’s something that I couldn’t just once, it’s honestly a tool to break patterens, a constant reminder, to keep pushing into positive and what I have at my plate. PERSPECTIVE, FIRST STEP. it’s awesome…Anyways, read it. If you’re anything like me, you won’t be disappointed.Thank the author, and thank the world for having it cross my path. I’m forever grateful. Now, it really is “end sentence”

A therapist who uses thisI am a licensed mental health therapist. I have read this book three times making different notes every time. I have recommended this to clients and even insisted that one read it immediately. This book is amazing. Also, (I hope the author doesn’t mind this part), I’m a Christian therapist and use the principles in the book alongside verses about mountains and God moving them. My clients have found all of it quite impactful.

Definitely Worth The GrabI myself am not a big reader, for someone like me I have to make time and go out of my way to read. This book made me want to do that. The way we read the book is a sort of affirmation we say to our reflection, as we dive into the page’s we’re diving into our inner self to reveal what needs mending. This isn’t a book that is just going to give you the answers your looking for. It’s more of a yellow brick road we are meant to follow to guide us to understand our true self and unveil our purest potential. It was definitely worth the read and I might go back and revisit a couple of pages! The rest is up to you, if you want to take this path just make sure you take breaks throughout your reading because all the realizations can be a tad bit overwhelming. (At least for me lol)

The book spoke to me.The book spoke to me and I cried a lot while reading it. I finished in a few days, I did skip a few sections that didn’t seem to pertain to me. Some parts hit home so deeply that I had to read them again and again. I now realize that the mountain is me and I am on a journey to stop self-sabotaging and get over that mountain!

Amazing book on perspectiveI took a million notes on this book and it will be a repeat read in my life. Brianna does a beautiful job at painting the perspective of life out in a way that makes things clear and prompts a lot of self reflection.
